====== Sony DPA-300 ======

The DPA-300 is a still image recording and management system is designed for the medical industry. It uses [[https://www.minidisc.wiki/technology/ieee?s[]=md&s[]=data#vii_md-data_format|MD Data]] discs and can store up to 2,000 images in standard mode or 1,000 in fine mode. Picture format is jpeg. Also supports Sony IrDA (infra-red data transfer) that can transmit to PCs, other Sony digital cameras and the DPP-M55 photo printer. Also supports up to 30 folders.

External capture and record control with a wireless remote control or a wired footswitch model FS-A8 or FS-20.
