MD deck of K's series. The basic structure is the same as the K's Esule series DMF-7002SG.

In order to maximize the recording ability of MD, we are putting digital technology into both recording and playback. On the recording side, the input data is DRIVE processed by 20bit Rec DRIVE, converted to 20bit data to reproduce the minute signal buried in the quantization distortion, and then ATRAC processed and recorded on the disc. This has improved the reproducibility of a minute signal. Moreover, the 24bit D / A converter is adopted as an output side, and the signal recorded by 20bit Rec DRIVE is reproduced with a high S / N ratio.

High-efficiency coding technology (audio compression technology) ATRAC uses the latest type of ATRAC ver4.5 that performs 24-bit arithmetic processing. As a result, the reproducibility at a minute level is improved and the dynamic range is expanded compared to the conventional type.

The digital REC volume is carried so that the MD disc which is easy to hear according to the sound-recording level of a source can be made. In addition, fade-in / fade-out operation is also possible, and it can be set freely from 1 second to 10 seconds.

It is equipped with a sampling rate converter that automatically converts the sampling frequencies of 32kHz, 44.1kHz, and 48kHz to 44.1kHz, and SCMS (serial copy management system) enables digital recording of only one generation.

It has a lot of functions for moving, erasing, splitting, and connecting songs, such as a quick move that allows you to change the order of songs at once, a track move that allows you to change only one song, a quick erase that erases multiple songs, and only one song. It is equipped with a track erase that erases all songs, an all erase that erases all songs, a track combine that can connect two songs, and a track combine that can divide one song.

It is equipped with a title input function that allows you to enter up to 1792 characters for the entire disc and up to 80 characters for each song. You can input titles more quickly by using the separately sold Cyber Titler CT-G90. Label printing is also possible with Cyber Titler.

The 4th order ⊿Σ method + DRIVE conversion is adopted as an A / D converter.

It also supports monaural recording, which is convenient for long-time recording.

Remote control part# RC-M0501.
