CD/MD/Cassette Car Player

Features: Handles CD and MD in a single slot. Equipped for cassette's as well.

Equipped with a rear LINE-IN terminal

7-mode DSP (equalizer settings). Large, Multi-color VFD with 10 graphic patterns. 

Specs: Amp: 40Wx4

JVC's press release claims this unit to have the distinction of being the worlds first "MD/CD compatible mechanism". This "MC-Mecha" was developed by (JVC) in October 1997. Sanyo had some early units with CD/MD mechas, maybe they licensed it from JVC?
