Slim portable player aimed at “people in their 20s and trend setters.” Came bundled with a backlit remote (RFEV020P-SM) and AA sidecar.

  • By adopting low-power LSI, integrating driver ICs (3 ICs to 1 IC), and developing a low-power spindle motor, we have succeeded in significantly reducing power consumption. Realized time continuous playback.
  • In addition, it is possible to play continuously for about 16 hours with just one rechargeable battery that can be built into the main unit. 40 hours with sidecar
  • 40-second memory vibration resistance to protect sound from shock
  • Practical maximum output (EIAJ): 6mW + 6mW

From the press release: “The lid is machined to a micron level and has a shiny design that resembles an optical disc. When the disc is empty, the inside cannot be seen, and it reflects light and shines blue. A magic mirror system has been adopted, which allows the disc to be seen through when the disc is inserted.”

Does not have AC adapter plug on device. It needs a DC in adapter (RP-WA10) in order to use the AC Adapter (RP-AC11D or RP-AK15, both are center positive 1.5v adapters).
