According to Sony's site it was offered in (S) Silver, (L) Blue, (D) Orange, (R) Red. This e-tailers page substitutes pink for red.

Internally, this model identical to the Sony MZ-E620 - the two share the same laser array, motherboard and internal design. The motherboards may even be marked as MZ-E620. The only difference is the exterior aesthetic.
